Reformer Pilates Classeses
We offer four different styles of reformer Pilates to keep your classes fun and exciting!
Flow
This class is the perfect blend of toning your muscles and increasing your flexibility through movement. This class is for beginners and for the advanced as we layer all of our exercises allowing you to choose more challenging options. You will learn the fundamentals of Pilates during your classes, will improving your strength, toning your whole body whilst increasing flexibility.
Refine
Our Refine class stems from our Flow class challenging your strength, balance and endurance as we add extra props and hand weights to increase the intensity of the class. This class is for vthose tho thoroughly understand the reformer machine and are ready to push themselves that little bit more with more challenging movements.
Elevate
This class is our most challenging as we add a jump board to the end of the reformer bed and lay down a mat to exercise on. During this class we will use the jump board to add jumping movements during the class, and come to standing on the mat for circuit workouts. This class is a HIIT style of Pilates and will help increase your cardiovascular endurance. You can expect to get hot and sweaty during this class. The jump board allows you to have a for low intensity cardio workout.
Restore
Restore class is a great way to unwind and relax after a stressful day. This class begins with a 25 minute reformer workout, getting you to workout and tone your muscles. The class then finishes with 25 minutes of stretching and meditation. Through the use of controlled breathing, dimmed lighting, salt lamps and a diffuser creating a calm aura in the room, this class will leave you feeling very relaxed.
